About The Job
We are seeking multiple National Vice Presidents to lead our key Lines of Business, including Engineering, Construction, IT, Office/Professional, Hospitality, and Executive Search. These leadership roles are designed for proven industry experts who can shape strategic direction, develop high-performing teams, and drive national success.
As a crucial member of our leadership team, you will oversee national recruitment and sales strategy, business development, and operational excellence, ensuring Fuze HR remains at the forefront of the staffing industry. This is a unique opportunity to lead senior directors across various divisions, influence nationwide initiatives, and make a lasting impact on our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development Strategy & Execution:
- Oversee national sales activities for Sales Reps and 360s
- Develop and execute sales action plans to expand market reach
- Assist in lead generation, qualification, and conversion strategies
- Leverage marketing initiatives to attract and engage new prospects
- Track and analyze prospecting and account management activities using Avionté
Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership and serve as a catalyst for innovation and continuous improvement within the Line of Business
- Lead and mentor a team of Divisional and Provincial Directors across Canada
- Empower and motivate high-performing teams, ensuring national success
- Work closely with Senior Leadership to cultivate a positive, engaging, and results-driven work environment
- Support the development of an effective hybrid workplace model that fosters collaboration and connection across multiple locations
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute national recruitment strategies in collaboration with the President and Sales Leaders
- Implement best practices, streamline processes, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency
- Oversee recruitment action plans, strategies, and activities across all provinces
- Stay ahead of market trends and competition to optimize performance
- Utilize Fuze ATS & CRM to track all recruitment activities and customer engagement
Managed Services:
- Partner with the Director of Strategy to oversee Client KPI management and program performance for Managed Services accounts
- Monitor, measure, and report on operational performance and achievements to key stakeholders
- Assist in managing national RFP processes and proposal selection
Personal Production:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a high-value customer database to exceed Line of Business GP goals
What We Need From You
Practical Experience:
- Extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry
- Proven experience overseeing operations of a large recruitment line of business or demonstrated success in growing a team and GP in a similar role
- Experience leading and mentoring senior managers and divisional heads
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and revenue growth strategy
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot strategies as needed
Recruitment & Talent Development:
- Strong ability to recruit industry professionals (Sales, Recruiters, 360s) from previous networks
- Ability to assist internal TA teams in recruiting and growing the national team
Technology & Data-Driven Strategy:
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of AI-driven recruitment automation and emerging technologies
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use insights to drive strategy
Interpersonal & Leadership Qualities:
- Inspiring and results-driven leader with the ability to motivate and mentor diverse teams
- Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships (VP and C-Level clients)
- Excellent communication and networking skills to effectively collaborate with others
- Willingness to travel as required
