Responsibilities:

  • Physically receive and ship products.
  • Receive purchase orders, update sales orders, and manage tickets in the ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and generate regular reports.
  • Keep shipping, receiving, and inventory areas organized.
  • Handle the RMA process to procure replacement products from manufacturers and vendors.
  • Assist with managing accounts payable.
  • Escalate manufacturer and vendor grievances as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Continuously improve efficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
  • Coordinate project inventory and arrange product deliveries.
  • Validate warranty services and license implementation as part of purchase order receiving.
  • Assist in the disposition of recyclable equipment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across all departments to maximize overall client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
  • Keep documentation up to date through the change management process.
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to job responsibilities.
  • Attend training and team meetings as required.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must be eligible to work and reside wihtin Canada.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT inventory management.
  • Knowledge of inventory management tools.
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and generate reports.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Process-driven with attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Solid understanding of purchasing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control practices.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
