Intact is currently seeking a Lawyer to join its Corporate Services team within the Legal Affairs department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the corporate structure of the company.
  2. Participate in corporate reorganizations and required regulatory filings.
  3. Draft the proxy solicitation circular and prepare for board of directors’ meetings and the annual general meeting.
  4. Draft legal documents relevant to your expertise.
  5. Supervise the work of the team’s paralegals.
  6. Contribute to the development and improvement of policies and procedures related to the board of directors.
  7. Advise management on strategies to enhance operational efficiency while minimizing legal risks for the company.
