Overview:

As the Associate Manager, Ecommerce & Amazon, you will be integral to Naturesage's digital success, executing various digital initiatives with a focus on our Amazon Seller and DTC business. In addition to ecommerce priorities, you will be an instrumental part of our larger social, influencer and digital marketing efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and evolving digital environment and contribute to the growth of Naturesage's growing ecommerce presence.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Manage and collaborate with agencies to oversee Amazon Seller Central business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on assortment, product launches, promotions, advertising, and ecommerce content lead to achieve sales and conversion targets
Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze KPIs such as sales, traffic and customer feedback
Coordinate with the team to develop and execute content calendars for social media platforms and manage social media communities
Work with content and digital agencies to create assets for social and ecommerce platforms
Execute DTC marketing initiatives, including email marketing and collaboration with SEM/SEO agencies
Support content production including but not limited to photoshoots, video shoots and influencer collaborations
Coordinate influencer programs and track communication and outreach efforts
Generate monthly reports on key KPIs and present findings for internal review
Take ownership of special projects as assigned, demonstrating resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
Oversee DTC paid social agency
Manage and execute paid social content and strategy

Skills & Abilities:

Highly motivated self-starter with eagerness to take on new challenges and learn new skills
High level of adaptability and flexibility
1-3 years of relevant digital/ecommerce experience, Amazon experience a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

En tant que gestionnaire associé de l'ecommerce et d'Amazon chez Naturesage, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans notre succès numérique. Votre principal objectif sera d'exécuter diverses initiatives numériques, notamment dans notre activité de vendeur Amazon et de vente directe aux consommateurs (DTC). De plus, vous contribuerez à nos efforts plus vastes en matière de marketing social, d'influenceurs et de numérique. Tâches et responsabilités :

Gérer et collaborer avec des agences pour superviser les opérations commerciales du vendeur central Amazon.
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes transversales pour garantir l'alignement sur l'assortiment, les lancements de produits, les promotions, la publicité et le contenu du commerce électronique afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et de conversion.
Utiliser des outils d'analyse pour surveiller et analyser les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) tels que les ventes, le trafic et les commentaires des clients.
Coordonner avec l'équipe pour développer et exécuter les calendriers de contenu pour les plateformes de médias sociaux et gérer les communautés de médias sociaux.
Travailler avec des agences de contenu et numériques pour créer des actifs pour les plateformes de médias sociaux et de commerce électronique.
Exécuter des initiatives marketing DTC, y compris le marketing par e-mail et la collaboration avec des agences SEM/SEO.
Soutenir la production de contenu, y compris les séances photo, les tournages vidéo et les collaborations avec des influenceurs.
Coordonner les programmes d'influenceurs et suivre les efforts de communication et de sensibilisation.
Générer des rapports mensuels sur les principaux KPI et présenter les résultats pour examen interne.
Assumer la responsabilité des projets spéciaux qui vous sont confiés, en faisant preuve de débrouillardise et de compétences en résolution de problèmes.
Superviser l'agence de médias sociaux payants DTC.
Gérer et exécuter le contenu et la stratégie payés des médias sociaux.

Compétences et capacités :

Motivé et désireux de relever de nouveaux défis et d'apprendre de nouvelles compétences.
Haut niveau d'adaptabilité et de flexibilité.
1 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en numérique/commerce électronique, avec de l'expérience sur Amazon étant un plus.
Diplôme de baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite, verbale et interpersonnelle.
