CRM Developer (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Client: Top 5 Bank

LOB: Customer Marketing & Campaign marketing

Contract Terms: 12 month rolling contract to start (subject to extensions)

Location: Downtown Toronto (hybrid model 1-2 days a week)

Project: Client Interaction and Campaign Management

Role in Sentence: This team is responsible for developing and managing campaign execution of client leads that increase client engagement, client acquisition and client retention for business lines such as Credit Cards, Deposits, Lending, Insurance through various channels such as Branch, Call Centres, Email, etc.

Must-have requirements:

  1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Build experience
  2. SQL and relational database experience
  3. 3-5 years of Campaign Marketing experience

Nice-have requirements:

  1. CDC (Salesforce Data Cloud) – (40% of campaign builds are Salesforce Data Cloud and 60% in Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  2. Calculated Insights within Salesforce Data Cloud

Job Overview: The Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs (MC&PA) group is responsible for managing client marketing, community investment, government relations, and all internal and external communications to employees, shareholders, clients, and the media. MC&PA works closely with the senior executive team, business lines, and functional areas to coordinate all marketing, community investment, and communications.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Building out the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution
  2. Hands on SFMC Journey Build experience
  3. SQL and Relational Database experience
  4. Hands on experience with campaign execution, gather requirements, get approvals
  5. Collaborate with different teams within marketing group
  6. (IBM Unica is a bonus)
  7. Leverage client information and product data to analyze client information and banking behaviour to prepare pre-campaign analysis for the purpose of sizing and creating client contact programs and direct marketing campaigns.
  8. Manage and drive the technical design, development, execution, quality and ongoing management of new and ongoing internal and external campaigns for business partners.
  9. Define and document the technical design, technical requirements, development, execution and quality of medium to high complex ongoing and new internal and external campaigns.
  10. Establish a two-way working relationship with internal partners to solicit their input and feedback on campaign improvement opportunities
  11. Ensure the direct marketing communications and campaigns are delivered through the appropriate channels to maximize campaign effectiveness and seamless delivery to clients
  12. Leverage analytical partners including Client Insights (modeling team), Campaign Analytics and Client Reporting to improve and enhance contact programs and direct marketing campaigns
  13. Contribute to requirements to enhance and develop internal and external communication channels
  14. Manage small to medium size projects associated with client contact and direct marketing
  15. Conduct campaign audits, review data outputs and review lives to ensure campaigns are developed and delivered without errors
  16. Monitor and track process issues and make recommendation to streamline, enhance and improve overall processes
  17. Lead the development of campaign process improvements
  18. Troubleshoot issues to ensure the lead generation cycle remains on track and provide support to address client issues for immediate resolution.
  19. Building a solid understanding of your designated business partner group(s) & businesses to recommend client specific approaches to improve and enhance direct marketing campaigns.
  20. Provide training and support to new hires and support other Senior Consultants and Senior Analysts to help grow and develop their capabilities
