In this role you will be part of the operations and engineering team that supports virtual ad replacement on live events.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for compiling and distribution of DED Daily Event SheetReviews daily schedules, assigns Leads to daily games, and in conjunction with Leads ensures operators are assigned properlyMonitoring incoming feeds, handling all mobile inquiriesInitial contact between the venue techs and production mobilesResponsible for answering ROC HotlineWorking with operators that have technical issues that cannot be handled by our team leadsAnswering any issues brought up by the venue techs that cannot be resolved by gallery operators or team leadsAs problems occur, they would instruct a team lead to send an outage email, then address the problem immediately.Create and update the schedule for Sr. Operators, DED Techs and SupervisorsKeeping track of Service RequestsEnsures Team Leads and engineers are following existing protocols relating to operation, engineering, scheduling, training, reportingMake the freelance staff aware and enforce existing policies regarding conductEvaluate the performance and effectiveness of each operator report tracking negative and positive trends in skill and behaviorObserve, mentor and evaluate the freelance operators dailyCollates nightly reports, operator performance reports, blast alerts reports and sign out sheets from Team LeadsAble to operate and navigate through the clients software on an elite levelReport any issues, findings and recommendations to Operations ManagerCritical QualificationsUnderstanding of Supponor Software and ProceduresUnderstanding of computer networking and operating systemsAbility to trouble shoot hardware and software issuesAbility to work to deadlines and perform under pressureAbility to monitor multiple video streams concurrentlyExperience in a supervisory roleUnderstanding of sports and entertainment productionDetailed-orientated, multi-tasking, self-directed with the ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure and deadlines.Required to work weekdays, evenings and/or weekends as neededExperience with sports/entertainment mobile productionAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional Information:Position Type: ManagementJob Status: Regular - Full TimeJob Location: Canada : Ontario : TorontoWork Arrangement: Full-time in office (meaning that you will be required to perform your work on-site)Application Deadline: 12/23/2025Please apply directly online to be considered for this role.
