• Direct and advise staff in providing various administrative services • Control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures • Hire and train staff • Administer budgets for projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies • Manage daily operations of a department providing administrative services • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees • Supervise office and volunteer staff • Organize and maintain inventory • Assist in preparing annual budgets • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience • Knowledge of computer technology (MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, MS Windows, Electronic mail) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Flexibility, judgement, and organization skills • Ability to work well in a team • Efficient interpersonal skills • Time management skills
