Complimentary airport shuttle Sunlit pool and fitness centre overlooking an outdoor patio The Bistro: on-site restaurant opens daily for breakfast and dinner ACTIVITIES: WHAT YOU’LL DO Sales Strategy & Execution Create and implement targeted sales strategies that exceed revenue goals Drive business growth through proactive outreach and creative selling Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders Conduct engaging sales calls, host client entertainment, and attend trade shows to expand our reach Actively grow our client base through community networking Negotiation & Contracts Negotiate smart, win‑win deals that deliver results for both the hotel and client Market Insight & Opportunity Hunting Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and economic shifts Maximize room occupancy and revenue—especially during peak demand and last‑minute openings Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into long‑term partnerships Work hand‑in‑hand with hotel teams to align efforts and deliver seamless guest experiences Support sales administration tasks—proposals, contracts, client communication Reporting & Performance Provide insightful sales reports and forecasts to track performance and optimize efforts COMPETENCIES WE ARE SEEKING: A proven background in sales (hospitality experience is a must) Strong negotiation skills and a creative, strategic approach to hitting targets Top‑notch communication and interpersonal abilities A sharp eye for data, trends, and opportunities The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment WHY JOIN US? The pay range for this position takes into account multiple factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; education and certifications, work location and other business and organizational needs.
