We have an immediate opening for an experienced, full-time associate with 2-4+ years of litigation and dispute resolution experience. We provide a professional and collegial work environment with excellent associate mentorship opportunities. The position will involve working on a variety of litigation matters including insolvency and restructuring matters, corporate litigation disputes, and real property disputes. The position will primarily involve drafting pleadings, research and strategy, chamber applications, preparation for and attendance at trial, discoveries, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations. With an emphasis on collaboration, we hold weekly practice group meetings to ensure our lawyers remain connected and supported by their team as they develop their individual practices.
