Our client is actively seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developers to design, develop, and implement CMDB configurations to support a multi-year transformation project.

Initial 6-month contract, hybrid 2 days onsite/3 days remote in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Moncton, St John's or Halifax.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement CMDB configurations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Utilize IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities to enhance CMDB functionality and accuracy.
  • Configure discovery and event management processes to enhance CMDB data accuracy.
  • Implement and optimize ITOM modules to automate and streamline operational processes.
  • Leverage IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities in ServiceNow to manage the lifecycle of IT assets.
  • Configure asset workflows, tracking mechanisms, and reporting tools to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Integrate IT Service Management (ITSM) processes into the overall ServiceNow configuration.
  • Ensure seamless communication and data synchronization between ITSM and other modules.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to promote efficient usage of the ServiceNow platform.

Must-have skills :

  • 4+ years ServiceNow development on a CMDB (Configuration Mgmt Database)
  • ServiceNow ITAM (Asset Management), including HAM (Hardware asset) and SAM (Software asset)
  • ServiceNow ITOM (Ops Mgmt), including Discovery
  • ServiceNow ITSM (Service Mgmt)
