We are happy to share that we are hiring 3 Performance Managers to support our Western and Eastern Canadian Dealers, open to all remote candidates across Canada. 2 vacancies for Eastern Canada, working on EST hours. 1 vacancy for Western Canada, working MST hours. Responsibilities Serve as a connection point between Dealers, Field Reps, 3rd Party vendors and Internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration. Handle the process of enrolling dealers in programs, likely related to the oADD platform. Provide support to dealers on the platform, analytics and associated programs; lead training initiatives for the dealer. Develop an in‑depth understanding of the oADD program and platform to act as a reliable source of information, guidance and coaching. Assist in resolving B2B and B2C issues that may arise from dealers or connected 3rd parties. Monitor and enhance performance and lead metrics for assigned dealers and oADD’s related performance of brand websites. Assist field teams in educating and promoting awareness of the program among stakeholders. Regularly assess the quality, accuracy, and relevance of all content on the website, ensuring alignment with the brand’s messaging, goals, and audience needs. Evaluate content from an SEO perspective, ensuring relevant keywords, best practices, and structure to improve search performance. Analyze how website content impacts visitor behavior and conversion rates; implement strategies to improve user experience and encourage desired actions. Keep the website content up to date by removing outdated information, refreshing stale content, and adding new, relevant material. Conduct regular keyword research to identify new opportunities for content creation or optimization. Monitor the performance of different content pieces using analytics tools to measure their effectiveness in attracting traffic and achieving conversion goals. Assess how content contributes to the overall user experience (UX) of the website, ensuring it engages visitors and guides them through a seamless journey. Ensure all content complies with legal requirements, industry standards, and maintains accuracy and authenticity. Requirements 5+ years experience in website management, digital marketing, or related fields. Technical Proficiency Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to analyze website performance metrics. Knowledge of SEO principles, including on‑page and off‑page optimization strategies. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization tools and CRM tools (Salesforce). Analytical Skills Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, generate insights and make data‑driven decisions to improve website performance. Experience in setting up, tracking and analyzing KPIs related to website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. Digital Marketing Expertise Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including PPC campaigns, social media marketing, content marketing and email marketing. Understanding of how various marketing channels contribute to website performance and overall online presence. Aware of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices to enhance website usability and conversion rates. Ability to conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to optimize website design and functionality. Project Management Skills Experience in managing website projects, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and overseeing website updates, improvements and launches. Leadership and Communication Strong leadership skills to manage dealer relationships, set objectives and drive performance improvements. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings and convey recommendations effectively. Problem‑solving and Adaptability Ability to identify issues affecting website performance and implement solutions proactively. Capacity to adapt to evolving technologies, trends and industry best practices to keep the website optimized and competitive. Nice to Have Relevant certifications in web analytics, SEO, digital marketing or project management could be advantageous. Fluent in English and Mandarin. What’s in it for you?
