  • Pride in Excellence: We take pride in our work and strive for excellence in all that we do. As an Associate, you should have a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and a dedication to upholding our firm’s reputation.
  • Authenticity: We encourage individuals to be themselves. We value authenticity, diversity, and inclusion, recognizing that our differences strengthen our team. Associates should feel empowered to bring their unique perspectives to the table.
  • Forward-Thinking: Our firm embraces a forward-looking approach to the practice of law. Associates are encouraged to stay current with legal developments, explore new strategies, and help shape the future direction of our firm.
  • Adaptability: The legal landscape is constantly evolving, and adaptability is key. Associates who can quickly adjust to changing circumstances, learn from experiences, and embrace new challenges contribute to our firm’s resilience and growth.
Education & Experience:
  • J.D. or LLB Degree from an accredited law school;
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta;
  • Minimum 1 year experience within a private practice environment;
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple case files, priorities, and deadlines; and
