- Drive timely and impactful engineering governance by planning, coordinating, and conducting key executive governance meetings like daily touch point, weekly staff meeting, monthly performance reviews and executive meeting preparation reviews.
- Manage, plan and maintain executive governance calendars by working with senior leadership team and executive assistants.
- Compile, prepare and report monthly engineering Key Performance Indicators results and Master Plan initiatives progress including supporting justification documentation in case of deviation.
- Work in a multi-functional environment in which you interact with all levels of management.
- Support special projects and deployment of key initiatives to ensure engineering community improvements.
- You hold an university degree in business administration or equivalent
- You have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
- You have previous experience with governance processes, strategic planning and/or projects management
- You have ability for synthesis and for presentation of complex information
- You are proficient with advanced PowerPoint and intermediate Excel skills
- You are comfortable interacting/presenting to all levels of management, including senior leadership
- You are autonomous, rigorous, organized and quality-focused
- You work effectively with cross-functional teams
