  1. Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering bachelor’s degree/college degree or any relevant experience;
  2. Member of a Canadian Association of Professional Engineers;
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functions;
  4. Good proficiency in Suite Office;
  5. Fluent in English;
  6. Geographical mobility;
  7. Valid driver license;
  8. Ability to work in teams and communicate both verbally and written;
  9. Excellent management, negotiation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
  10. Ability to demonstrate initiative, autonomy and leadership;
  11. Administrative rigour;
  12. Being able to adapt to a high-stress environment and weather fluctuations (construction site).

    Conduct site inspections prior to commencement of work;
