We strive for an inclusive workplace and provide accommodations during the interview process upon request.ResponsibilitiesEligible for weekend compensation differentialSaturday & Sunday 10:00am-10:00pm; Monday & Tuesday 10:00am-6:00pmCarry out vaccine production operations in accordance with approved procedures, in compliance with HSE standards, productivity targets and quality standards (GMP, hygiene)Propose ideas to improve productivity and maintain an organized, safe workspaceManage daily laboratory activities to meet specifications for vaccine production (harvesting, purification, aseptic filling)Participate in constructing the new documentation system and validating equipment and processes (clean zone, autoclaves, centrifuge, tangential flow filtration system)Set up and execute tasks in line with production schedule; monitor and adjust as neededComplete processing, documentation and cleaning in aseptic areas; work independently and accuratelyCollect samples from tanks, surfaces and environment; perform equipment and instrument calibrations per proceduresIdentify and report irregularities; review production batch records; ensure adherence to operating time yield standardsAnalyze variances and propose corrective actions; write SOPs; apply environment, quality, safety/HSE, aseptic and cost standardsPerform In-Process Controls (IPC); complete and check batch reports; raise alerts for dangerous situations, near misses, or QA deviationsRun internal audits; participate in writing new SOPs and Batch Production RecordsMaintain 5S standards; follow all health and safety rules; participate in validation processes with guidanceEnsure CPS standards on assigned workstations; update and monitor performance indicators; identify gaps and implement resolutionsPropose and implement improvements (short/medium term); contribute to minor CAPEX investments (below €5K)Assist in site/department projects and continuous improvement workshops; share best practicesTrain temporary workers and/or junior operators; pursue personal development and skill growthPerform other duties as assignedCompetenciesDrive Ambition & AccountabilitiesInfluence OthersCollaborate with EmpathyEngage & DevelopShape Solutions out of ComplexityClient FocusQualificationsTechnical College diploma in a related technical/biological fieldA bachelor's degree in chemical, biological or Engineering Technology is considered an assetExperience in a lab GMP environmentPrevious experience with bioreactorsYour profileTechnical College diploma in a related technical/biological fieldA bachelor\u2019s degree in chemical, biological or Engineering Technology is considered an assetExperience in lab GMP environmentYou have previous experience with BioreactorsSenioritiesEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionResearch, Analyst, and Information TechnologyIndustries: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
