We offer a true creative engineering design work environment with a wide range of interesting projects in the bio-pharmaceutical, personal care and food industry.POSITIONYou shall be a member of a cross functional engineering team in the role of Project Coordinator. For new and existing projects, the Project Coordinator shall set up the internal project processes and be the primary contact point between our Engineering team and external clients, partners and vendors.RESPONSIBILITIESProject Set UpSet up and maintain ‘Opportunities’ and ‘Active Projects’ folders on internal network and PSA software Set up and schedule kick-off meetings, including inbound and outbound travel requestsProject Tracking and DocumentationLead project communication and coordination to ensure all performance, schedule, compliance and budget requirements are metDevelop and maintain project documentation such as project plans, presentations, meeting minutes and commercial items (i.e., quotes, PO’s, invoices, etc.)Upon contract award, complete full assessment of coordination requirements from project schedule, budget, manpower, through to skill assessmentReview timesheets to ensure they match field paperwork submissions and project budgetsPrepare monthly schedule of values for invoicing purposes and work with Senior Process Engineer on invoice reviewSupport Director of Process Engineer in quoting change ordersProject ReportingPrepare various reports to support monitoring of project progress, costs, key performance indicators, etc.Identify and promptly communicate potential risks to key stakeholdersProject Close Out Execute project close out requirements including lessons learned and client feedback formsGather and ensure receipt and sign-off of all project deliverables. Files relevant project documentation.Review and reconcile actual project expense and schedule against initial estimatesOther duties assignedQUALIFICATIONSDegree in engineering or related experience an assetPreferably 3 plus years’ experience in an engineering environmentExperience in the (bio)pharmaceutical and GMP compliant industries is an assetHighly organized, heightened attention to detail, and punctual to deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Project)
