Designs, builds, and configures applications, guiding the development team. Ensures code quality, resolves bugs, and conducts security audits.Key Responsibilities:Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development teamDevelop new components and features for our full-stack applications.Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system designParticipate in the entire application lifecycle, with a focus on coding and debugging.Follow industry standards and best practices to produce quality code that is easy to read, modify, and ship for productionBe able to meet goals and targets set by the project managerCollaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problemsBuild reusable code and libraries for both client and server sides.Write, audit, and enhance test coverage.Profile and optimize front-end and back-end performance.Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Implement and maintain security and data protection features.Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack JS Developer or similar role in software developmentSuperior design and coding experience using both frontend (Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript) and backend development( Node.JS)Extensive experience with a SQL database, like PostgreSQL or MySQLHands-on experience with OpenAPI or REST APIs or GraphQL and HasuraFamiliarity with styled-components, server-side rendering, and UI kits such as Ant Design (antd).Knowledge of PWA (Progressive Web App) & service workers.Version control using Git, Familiarity with UNIX systems, Docker, and issue tracking tools (like JIRA) or similar.Understanding of Agile development methodologies (SCRUM) & Lean Software DevelopmentAwareness of OWASP security practices.Basic understanding of Language Models (LLMs) and applications of AI tools like GPT engines.Leadership experience with a technology team, including effective delegation of tasks and issue resolutionExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in effectively communicating technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
