As a Full Stack Development Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the full stack development team in maintaining and evolving enterprise-scale web applications.
  • Developing applications, websites, and components in the Microsoft .NET environment, ensuring a clean, well-structured, and easily maintainable format.
  • Preparing software for release, ensuring all components are prepared and tested, and the coding is bug-free, meeting technical specifications based on business requirements.
  • Overseeing the health of production systems, managing deployments, and performing code reviews and security audits to ensure existing software products are bug-free and modifications do not adversely affect other functionalities.
  • Collecting and analyzing user requirements to design new systems/features in collaboration with stakeholders and the technical director.
  • Designing test procedures, creating test data, and executing testing to ensure software meets required technical and business specifications.
  • Preparing technical documentation for all software modules as part of the product release documentation.
  • Meeting project expectations and producing high-quality deliverables on time and within budget, ensuring that best practices and design methods are utilized for project success.
  • Driving agile processes and improving team metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and ticket/bug count, addressing the challenges of integrating and updating legacy systems and code.
  • Continuously upgrading knowledge and skills, keeping up-to-date on new technologies, product features, development tools and techniques, and software architectures.
  • Mentoring and developing team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of their work.
