The Job Holder is accountable for Plan, develop and launch insurance marketing activities and products in brokerage channel.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Degree holder with major in Business or Finance

  • At least 8 years in marketing field

  • Demonstrable track record of success

  • Able to create a positive work relationship internally and externally

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Good customer service and continuous improvement orientation

  • Good leadership and teamwork

  • PC literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

On the job you will:

  • Plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns, marketing communications, and events to facilitate the life insurance business selling in brokerage channel, focusing on HNW and MCV customer segments

  • Conduct portfolio analysis to identify business opportunities

  • Develop performance measures to track the effectiveness of marketing programs

  • Develop product propositions, product launch pack, and marketing tools to maximize sales impacts
