Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Service Manager.
Job Summary:
The Internal Service Consultant plays an integral role at Birchwood Ford achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction during the vehicle reconditioning stages. The Internal Service Consultant is responsible for efficient communication to the sales department. Working closely with the team of Service Consultants, and Technicians, the Internal Service Consultant processes internal work orders. The Internal Service Consultant will also be required to audit & submit warranty claims to the manufacturer. The successful candidate will be energetic, have precise attention to detail and focused on providing a customer-centric experience.
Shift Details: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, rotational Saturdays included.
Qualifications:
• Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license, clear drivers abstract and transportation to work required
