In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment of IoT technologies and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for buildings.
  • Execute digital building projects and technology deployments from inception to maintenance.
  • Support the evaluation of new technologies, hardware, and software systems.
  • Provide technical support and administration for IoT infrastructure and manage external vendors.
  • Develop support frameworks for technology roll-out and implementation.
  • Serve as the technical expert for various IoT technologies including sensors and access control systems.
  • Enhance in-building connectivity and improve outcomes through data-driven approaches.
  • Develop technology playbooks and standards for global projects.
  • Lead data management and analytics initiatives for operational technology (OT) data.
  • Conduct economic and ROI analyses to support business decisions.
  • Generate insightful data reports and use-cases in collaboration with property and digital buildings teams.
  • Provide data validation for IoT technologies and support analytics/machine learning initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

  • Minimum undergraduate degree in a relevant technical field
  • 3+ years of experience with wireless IoT technologies
  • 5+ years of analytical experience with SQL or Python
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
