Description de la fonction

Afin de faire grandir l'entreprise, vous aurez différents axes sur lesquels travailler:

  • L'optimisation des opérations et des formations; c'est à dire: améliorer et mettre en œuvre efficacement les processus opérationnels et les programmes de formation pour augmenter la productivité et l'efficacité sur base de KPI's afin d'ajuster les processus en continu;
  • L'augmentation de la rentabilité et réduction des coûts; c'est à dire : adopter des technologies avancées et développer des initiatives stratégiques pour réduire les dépenses et maximiser les revenus, améliorant ainsi la rentabilité globale de l'entreprise.
  • Le renforcement et le support des équipes; c'est à dire : Soutenir activement les directeurs de sites et leurs équipes pour offrir un service client de qualité, évaluer régulièrement les performances des employés, et fournir des formations adaptées pour développer les compétences techniques et interpersonnelles.
  • La culture d'entreprise et la collaboration ; c'est à dire : Construire une culture d'entreprise solide basée sur les valeurs de l'entreprise, promouvoir un environnement de responsabilité collective, et collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de direction pour réaliser les objectifs stratégiques et la croissance.

Critères recherchés

Fort d'une expérience dans la gestion d'une entreprise multi-sites au niveau opérationnel, vous mettrez au profit de cette opportunité vos atouts suivants:

  • Disposer d'un bachelier à orientation administration des affaires ou tout autre domaine pertinent;
  • Démontrer une expérience réussie de minimum 5 ans dans une fonciton similaire. Une expérience dans le domaine du loisir ou de l'horeca est un atout considérable;
  • Communiquer aisément tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit en français, néerlandais & anglais;
  • Faire preuve d'organisation et de très bonnes capacités relationnelles;
  • Etre capable d'anlyser le business pour effectuer des projections sur plusieurs années.
