Pay Range: $67.24/hr.

What's the Job?

We are looking for specialists to support OCM related to the Contract Market Modernization (CMM) Program. The CMM project is a large scale, complex change initiative impacting many systems and stakeholders across multiple business functions. This role primarily involves planning and implementing the change management activities.

What's Needed?

  • Assist in the execution of the overall change management strategy and approach for the Build & Implementation phase of the program.
  • Lead activities identified in the Change Management Plan and associated deliverables: Stakeholder Assessments and Change Readiness Measurement Approach; Leadership Engagement Approach; Communication Strategy and Approach, Change Network Approach.
  • Work alongside the functional team to gather, validate, deliver and manage logistics around change impacts identification and stakeholder communication for their assigned track.
  • Work with Internal Communications/change management team members to develop change-related communications, as required.
Who You Are?
  • Related university degree (Communications, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 6 or more years of directly related change management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment or on large scale SAP implementations preferred.
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP Designation or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Able to work through ambiguity, analyze, research, organize and independently handle multiple priorities.
  • Adept at synthesizing large amounts of data into concise and easy-to-digest communications.
