Description de rôle:

Relevant du directeur des ventes et en tant que membre de l'équipe des ventes, le directeur de comptes aura comme objectifs principaux de générer de nouvelles occasions d'affaires dans le secteur d'activité cibles de l’alimentaire, d'assurer la croissance de ses comptes cibles et faire le démarchage de nouveaux comptes. Par la voie des décideurs et influenceurs d'entreprise, il développera des opportunités de ventes et partenariats d'affaires. L'approche consultative lui permettra de travailler avec la direction de ses clients afin d'analyser leurs problématiques d'affaires et l'outillera pour les aider dans leur réflexion. Suivant la qualification des problématiques d'affaires les plus urgentes, il travaillera avec le groupe Service & Support QC.

Dans son rôle de partenaire stratégique auprès des nouveaux clients et clients existants, il maîtrisera les problématiques d'affaires, ainsi que la méthode Baseline Selling (vente consultative) et fera preuve de leadership dans l'élaboration de stratégies de développement de marché.

Principales tâches et responsabilités:

• Augmenter le nombre de clients dans son territoire par la prospection ;

• Augmenter les opportunités auprès de clients existants ;

• Conseiller et discuter avec les clients des impacts de leurs problématiques et assurer la priorisation de leurs investissements

• Assurer des veilles de marchés ;

• Planifier et mener les rencontres de transfert d’opportunités avec les collaborateurs internes concernés selon le processus établi ;

• Effectuer des appels de prospection auprès des décideurs et influenceurs

Gestion des comptes:

• Se faire connaître ainsi que l’offre de l'entreprise, dans son marché, incluant les clients existants et les organismes ;

• Établir une relation de fournisseur privilégié avec les clients ;

• Effectuer le suivi, conjointement avec les collaborateurs concernés, des opportunités pour maximiser le potentiel de conversion ;

• Effectuer des visites chez les clients, en collaboration avec les départements concernés afin de solidifier le positionnement et assurer le transfert d’opportunité ;

• Conseiller et discuter avec les clients des impacts de ses problématiques et s’assurer d’optimiser les investissements en automatisation ;

• Travailler, en collaboration avec le Service & Support QC, afin de présenter des propositions en réponse aux problématiques.

• Tâches internes:

• Bâtir les offres de services, selon les processus et les normes de l'entreprise, en collaboration avec le Service & Support QC;

• Travailler en collaboration avec l'agent de compte attitré à son territoire;

• Connaître l’offre de l'entreprise et le positionnement (incluant les problèmes typiques que l'entreprise peut résoudre) ;

• Utiliser et mettre à jour le CRM sur une base journalière (comptes, contact, prospects, opportunités, appels, visites, etc.) ;

• Connaître l’offre de la compétition et leur proposition de valeur ;

• S'établir en tant que référence de son marché;

• Collaborer par sa connaissance du marché à l’optimisation de l’offre de l'entreprise et du développement marketing ;

• Élaborer et exécuter une stratégie d’acquisition de nouveaux clients ;

• Élaborer et exécuter une stratégie de développement des clients actuels ;

• Développer sa compréhension des outils de support de l'entreprise pour le développement de nouveaux clients ;

• Présenter sur une base mensuelle ses résultats et sa stratégie de ventes pour le mois à venir ;

• Participer activement à l’élaboration des séminaire et congrès ;

• Exigences du poste:

• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en position de ventes relationnelles et consultatives, dans le domaine l’alimentaire ;

• Connaître le processus et les termes des usines manufacturière alimentaire;

• Avoir une base de contacts dans le domaine alimentaire (atout);

• Connaissances technologiques (atout);

• Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office ;

• Maîtrise de CRM Dynamics (atout) ;

• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.

• Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous devrez intervenir avec des clients clés, et des fournisseurs aux travers le Canada et les États Unis de façon régulière, en anglais, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
