The Support Analyst provides support to the business unit and external clients regarding business processes and current system applications. As a more senior resource than the Associate Support Analyst, the Support Analyst possesses a breadth of knowledge that enables them to provide this support to multiple business areas.


How you will create impact:

Provide daily support to the business units, resolving complex business, system, and work-flow or process problems.

Provide ongoing client support for business applications, projects and implementations.

Proactively review functions and workflows to identify solutions and opportunities to improve systems and business processes.

Make changes to system configurations to the specifications of business requirements.

Solicit business requirements for reports and develop detailed specifications.

Provide training to business unit staff on business applications and business processes.

Provide data submission requirements to external/internal clients.

Plan and conduct user acceptance testing and sign-off that system changes are ready to implement as authorized.

You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with business systems in an insurance environment.

  • Yellow Belt Lean level or equivalent experience.
