Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience and helping us our business grow in Canada.
A Veseris Customer Service Specialist is:
- Able and eager to contribute to Veseris’ strategies and tactics.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment, multi-task and prioritize with mínimal supervision.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to solve problems efficiently.
A Veseris Customer Service Specialists Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining strong customer and internal relationships, and communications.
- Data entry and minor accounting functions to support customer orders.
- Assists Key Account Mangers with inside sales support.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues.
- Coordinates daily outbound logistics with operational teams to fulfill customer orders.
- Manages inventory stocking and forecasting through customer demand tools.
- Upselling products and services.
- Keeping up with product and service information.
- Assists with other project work as needed when assigned.
**Requirements**:
- University degree or diploma in business or related field, or previous customer service experience.
- Familiarity with pest management, agriculture or environmental sciences industries is considered an asset.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently, and detail oriented.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, French is considered an important asset.
- Proficient in or ability to learn Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics.
