As a Quality Specialist, your role involves analyzing and diagnosing complex issues. Collaborating with Scrum Masters and programmers, you contribute to the mobilization of squads. You play a key role in solving moderately complex problems that require detailed business domain knowledge and analysis. Frequent alignments are necessary, and you will interact with various stakeholders working in complementary technology-related fields.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the quality, follow-up, and adherence to deadlines for testing phases, as well as implementation strategies and various quality assurance tests, to ensure they are compliant and seamlessly integrated across all technological platforms.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and proposing and recommending solutions to optimize and enhance work processes and methods.
- Designing and automating tests to ensure technological reliability and performance.
- Understanding project specifics, developing test scenarios, performing various quality assurance tests, and ensuring that the sites meet the specified requirements.
- Coordinating implementations, acting as a point of contact for collaborators, ensuring follow-ups on various quality controls, and presenting progress reports.
- Identifying situations that could significantly impact the quality of deliverables, providing feedback to collaborators and partners, following up on action plans, and ensuring the implementation of appropriate corrections.
- Developing and maintaining quality strategies (processes, methodology, automation, etc.).
- Contributing to the evolution of both manual and automated test artifacts (scripts and libraries).
- Acting as an ambassador for quality assurance best practices.
- Experience in the IT field
- Practical experience with automated testing and associated tools
- Experience in developing and monitoring test strategies
- Proficiency in French
- Proficiency with Cypress
- Knowledge of YOGI
- Knowledge of Xray

À titre de Spécialiste qualité, votre rôle consiste à analyser et à diagnostiquer des problématiques ou des situations complexes. En collaboration avec les scrum master et les programmeurs(-euses), vous contribuez à la mobilisation des escouades. Vous contribuez à la résolution de problèmes à envergure modérée nécessitant une analyse et une connaissance détaillée du domaine d’affaires. Les arrimages sont fréquents. Vous êtes appelé(e) à interagir avec diverses parties prenantes œuvrant dans des domaines d’expertise complémentaires reliés aux technologies.
PLUS SPÉCIFIQUEMENT, VOUS SEREZ AMENÉ(E) À :
- S'assurer de la qualité, des suivis et du respect des échéanciers des phases d'essai ainsi que des stratégies d'implantation et des différents tests d'assurance qualité afin qu'ils soient conformes et intégrés de façon harmonieuse sur l'ensemble des plateformes technologiques.
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et proposer et recommander des solutions afin d'optimiser et de faire évoluer les processus et méthodes de travail.
- Concevoir et automatiser des tests pour garantir la fiabilité et la performance technologique.
- Prendre connaissance des projets et des particularités, élaborer les scénarios d'essais, effectuer les différents tests d'assurance qualité et s'assurer que les sites répondent aux besoins émis.
- Coordonner les implantations, agir comme personne-ressource auprès des collaborateurs, assurer les suivis aux différents contrôles de qualité et présenter les états d'avancement.
- Identifier les situations pouvant affecter de façon importante la qualité des livrables et effectuer la rétroaction aux collaborateurs et partenaires. Suivre les plans d'action et assurer la réalisation et la mise en place des correctifs appropriés.
- Assurer l’élaboration et le maintien des stratégies de qualité (processus, méthodologie, automatisation, etc.).
- Participer à l'évolution des artéfacts de tests manuels et automatisés (scripts et librairies).
- Jouer un rôle d’ambassadeur(-drice) de bonnes pratiques en assurance qualité.
- Expérience dans un domaine TI
