JOB DUTIES:

  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency of inventory data.
  • Establish and enforce inventory data quality standards, conducting regular audits and assessments.
  • Manage the integration of inventory data from various sources and systems, ensuring seamless flow and consistency across systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendor facing teams to implement and maintain data integration processes.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of customer data inside ERP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the customer data process and improve the overall quality of customer information.
  • Organization of customer data for useful extraction in marketing activities.
  • Work closely with product teams to capture, manage, and organize product data, including specifications, pricing, imagery, sell sheets, and other relevant details.
  • Organization and maintenance of product categories, compatibility guides, relationships, suggested substitutions, and usage.
  • Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Analyze competitive market landscape to develop benchmarks on data framework.
  • Develop and maintain reports related to customer and product data.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with IT and other relevant departments to integrate data management practices into various business processes.


SKILLS THE CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in a related inventory analyst, marketing, ERP administration or other related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
