Sommaire de l'emploi:

L'équipe Design est à la recherche d'un(e) Designer Junior pour le développement optimal du design pour votre style de vie et votre marque en vous tenant toujours à jour en matière de nouvelles tendances et d'évolution du marché pour augmenter les options en matière de styles.

Vous serez impliqué dans notre transformation continue pour passer de détaillant traditionnel ayant surtout des magasins physiques et à un leader omnicanal bousculant les technologies du domaine de la mode.

Responsabilités:

  • Créer des styles pour les Centres d'excellence/collections spécifiques de manière à augmenter les options qui viennent soutenir la vision/le « brief » du style de vie;
  • Participer à l'élaboration des idées de tendance et des nouveautés de produits;
  • Participer à l'élaboration des meilleurs échantillons (3D) qui viendront soutenir le style de vie.
  • Se tenir au courant du calendrier de développement et des approbations de manière à soutenir chaque collection;
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de développement des collections;
  • Se former en design 3D;
  • Participer à l'idéation des styles pour une commodité spécifique tout en apprenant le processus C-41 et les livrables.
Qualifications:

  • DEC en Design de mode ou Baccalauréat en Design de mode;
  • Un minimum de trois (3) années d'expérience en design;
  • Orienté vers les détails, motivé;
  • Excellentes aptitudes avec Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word);
  • Excellente connaissance d'Illustrator et Photoshop;
  • Bon jugement et excellente compréhension des tendances et de l'industrie du vêtement;
  • Disponible à voyager (au besoin);
  • Bilingue: français et anglais (parlé et écrit).
