 An established mid-sized law firm located in Markham is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join their team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to work with talented partners.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage files involving large commercial purchases and sales, bank financings of commercial, retail industrial and multi-residential transactions
  • Conduct sub-searches and full searches of title with respect to a broad range of properties, including complex commercial properties, and prepare detailed title reports and summaries
  • Prepare and respond to letters and legal correspondence

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of commercial real estate experience working in a law clerk capacity
  • A Legal Assistant or Law Clerk education from an accredited institution will be an asset
  • Proficient in Teraview, Conveyancer, and all related software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
