As a Manager of Commercial Mortgage Servicing at Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation, you will have a pivotal role in overseeing the servicing of our complex and diverse portfolio of commercial mortgage loans.
In this role, you will help lead our Mortgage Servicing team that is responsible for servicing syndicated loans, private lender mortgages, and institutional portfolios. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about and experienced with commercial mortgages. You'll have the autonomy to manage complex transactions while also mentoring junior team members, sharing your wealth of experience, and fostering a culture of development and collaboration.
This position is an opportunity to lead and drive excellence within our Mortgage Servicing team, ensuring that all post-funding activities are handled with the utmost diligence and professionalism. Oversee all post-funding activities, including account administration, payment processing, renewals, and discharges.
Prepare and manage annual statements and audit confirmations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents related to loan closings.
Successfully manage multiple tasks under tight timelines, ensuring a high level of quality in every aspect of work.
Provide training and coaching to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
Take an active role in company-wide special projects as needed.

5-10 years of commercial mortgage servicing or other relevant experience.
~ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including strong excel skills.
~ Experience overseeing, coaching and mentoring junior staff.
