Responsabilités

  • Assurer le développement et la maintenance du cadre d'automatisation des tests.
  • Établir une relation solide avec les équipes de développement et de produits afin de comprendre notre produit et toutes ses subtilités.
  • Déboguer et gérer la priorisation des anomalies en collaboration avec les équipes de support et de produits.
  • Combler les lacunes dans la couverture des tests et ajouter de nouveaux scénarios.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'analyste d'affaires et l'équipe de développement afin de livrer les tâches dans les délais et avec la qualité attendue.
  • Proposer des idées pour la conception des tests et du code.
  • Capacité à influencer et à communiquer de manière transversale et entre les équipes.
  • Expérience dans les tests de solutions d'infrastructure infonuagiques et une bonne connaissance du modèle de gouvernance.
  • Expérience dans l'automatisation de l'assurance qualité par le biais de scripts et d'outils de test.
  • Expérience préalable des méthodologies Agile pour planifier et gérer les tâches quotidiennes.
  • Capacité à identifier rapidement les problèmes ou les goulots d'étranglement dans les processus quotidiens et de suggérer des améliorations.
  • Expérience dans la réalisation d’évaluations des risques et d’analyses des écarts.
  • Capacité à prendre des initiatives, à innover et à expérimenter.
  • Expérience de la rédaction technique, en particulier de l'identification, de la documentation et de la communication des cas de test.

Qualifications:

  • Expérience dans la conception, la création, la maintenance et le développement de scénarios pour l'automatisation des tests de l'interface utilisateur et de l'API (REST) en utilisant l'approche BDD.
  • Expérience dans la création de composants et de tests réutilisables.
  • Solide connaissance de Cucumber, Java, Cypress, Zephyr, Postman et tout outil CI.
  • Expérience des microservices, des bases de données Rational, de SQL et des tests backend.
  • Connaissance de Git, des outils d’intégration continue, de livraison continue et de déploiement continu (CI/CD), i.e. Jenkins, pipelines Bitbucket, etc.
  • Expérience dans les tests d'applications Web, multi-langues et multi-navigateurs.
  • Expérience dans la création de design BDD, l'utilisation de WebDriver et connaissance de la création de l'architecture sous-jacente.
  • Expérience avec Java et Confluence.
  • Savoir créer une documentation de test de haute qualité.
  • Création et maintenance de suites de tests, de cas de tests, d'anomalies.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication.
  • Expérience dans les processus Agile et itératifs : Scrum.
  • Soutenir les processus Agile de l'équipe de développement.
  • Bonne connaissance du cycle de vie du développement (SDLC), de l'approche de l'assurance qualité, de la stratégie et de la pensée analytique.

Salaire : 50$/h à 85$/h pour les candidats incorporés.

What you’ll do:

  • Test Automation Framework development and maintenance.
  • Responsible for the full stack automation scripts end to end for at least one strategic application.
  • Responsible for developing high quality automated test cases that are reusable for strategic systems. Identifies reusable modules and components within the application automation scripts.
  • Defines branching strategy and performs code reviews.
  • Build a strong relationship with the development and product teams to understand our product and all its intricacies.
  • Debug and manage defect prioritization in partnership with our Support and Product teams.
  • Fill in gaps in test coverage and add new scenarios.
  • Work closely with the Business Analyst and Development team in order to deliver the tasks in time and with the expected quality.
  • Bring ideas regarding test / code design.
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and across teams.
  • Experience testing cloud-based infrastructure solutions with a strong governance model knowledge.
  • QA automation through scripting and testing tools.
  • Previous experience with agile methodologies to plan and manage daily tasks.
  • Ability to quickly identify problems or bottlenecks in everyday processes and suggest improvements.
  • Experience in performing risk assessments and gap analysis.
  • Ability to take initiative, innovate and experiment.
  • Experience in technical writing, specifically test case identification, documentation, and communication.

  • Exigences minimum/ Minimum requirements:Bachelor's or DEC in a field related to IT or any other combination of experience and related training deemed relevant.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of Quality Assurance and Test Automation in an Insurance or Finance Company.
  • Experience in designing, building, maintaining, and developing scenarios for UI and API (REST) test automation by using BDD approach.
  • Experience in building component and reusable tests.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend testing (Cypress).
  • Good knowledge of backend testing (Cucumber, Java, Postman).
  • Experience in integrating automated tests in CI/CD pipeline.
  • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools (i.e. Jenkins, Bitbucket pipelines, etc).
  • Experience in testing Web based application, multi language and muti browser.
  • Experienced in creating BDD design (Cucumber) and Page Object Model.
  • Experienced in Jira and Confluence.
  • Knows how to create high-quality test documentation.
  • Building and maintaining test suites, test cases, defects.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile and Iterative process: Scrum.
  • Support the Development team Agile processes.
  • Strong knowledge in SDLC, brings in QA approach, strategy, and analytical thinking.
