Job Description

The role of Test Automation Lead is to provide technical leadership and in-depth subject matter expertise in test automation. You will be responsible for maximizing automated test coverage to reduce regression time on minor and major releases. Your mission will include facilitating the writing and optimizing the execution of automated tests, while ensuring harmonious alignment within the team.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop automated test scripts for complete coverage.
  2. Target key features and regression cases for all releases.
  3. Implement best practices to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with development teams to adapt tests accordingly.
  5. Write detailed test cases for integration into automated scripts.
  6. Develop execution strategies to integrate tests into deployment pipelines.
  7. Ensure the correct configuration of test environments for automated tests.
  8. Optimize script performance to reduce execution times.
  9. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous execution.
  10. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in test environments.
  11. Implement test performance monitoring mechanisms.
  12. Contribute to the definition of objectives, strategies and tactics, while optimizing resources.
  13. Recruit, train and retain top talent to foster collective success.
  14. Lead and inspire by embodying ISAAC values while maintaining alignment with objectives, taking into account organizational and personal needs, and demonstrating courage, adaptability and boldness.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, or other training combined with relevant experience.
  2. 5 years' experience in quality assurance test automation.
  3. 2 years in a leadership role.
  4. Bilingual: French & English (Reason: Complex relationships and advanced language comprehension).
  5. Selenium, Appium, Java, Xpath, databases.
  6. Experience in automating Android websites and mobile applications.
  7. Experience in an Agile / Scrum environment.
  8. Experience in implementing test plans and test cases.
  9. Experience designing, creating and maintaining automation scripts.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  11. Ability to work in a team environment and good communicator.
  12. Good organizational skills and detail-oriented.
