Job Title: Electromechanical Engineer

At Tecnar Automation ltée, we are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers using Tecnar Rotoweld equipment.

Main Responsibilities:Customer Support for Rotoweld Appliances:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to their technical issues.
  • Ensure regular communication with customers to guarantee their satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Perform remote connections on devices for analysis of results, maintenance suggestion, problem solving, and proposal of tests and solutions.
  • Write post-mission reports after site visits and record information in our company system.
  • Develop technical procedures/manuals for customers and prepare parts quotations for repair or maintenance.
  • Place parts orders and ensure shipment to destination.
  • Plan preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
On-site Assignments for Rotoweld Equipment:
  • Carry out pre-planned maintenance visits and participate in pre-planned installation visits.
  • Respond promptly to urgent repair visits and perform on-site Rotoweld installations and maintenance.
Continuous Device Improvement (R&D):
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to solve recurring problems reported or observed.
  • Test developed solutions and participate in the design of new customer tools.
  • Contribute to the improvement of test procedures and deploy solutions/improvements to customers.
  • Participate in the testing of new generation Rotoweld products.

Requirements:

• Degree in electromechanics or related field

• Interest in welding
