UI/UX Designer - Responsive Web and/or Mobile Banking Applications On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a UI/UX Designer - Responsive Web and/or Mobile Banking Applications. UI/UX Designer - Responsive Web and/or Mobile Banking Applications - Job DescriptionContributing to and shaping the design of digital banking experiences for millions of customers dailyUnderstanding customer needs through thorough research and usability principlesAdvocating for improved customer interactions and journeys with inclusive design principlesCollaborating with various teams to create useful, engaging, and effective productsSupporting and communicating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development processProducing visual materials to depict desired customer experiences and guide developersProviding feedback within the design community and coaching junior designersDemonstrating leadership by effectively communicating with partners and executivesUI/UX Designer - Responsive Web and/or Mobile Banking Applications - Mandatory Skills8+ years of experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applicationsFamiliarity with Design Systems and a willingness to enhance existing standardsExperience applying design thinking and user-centered design principlesA portfolio showcasing your problem-solving approach and design processProficiency in digital design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Expertise in Human-centered Design practices and Agile frameworksAbility to map user journeys and understand front-end technologiesLink to the Portfolio is must (Mobile designs, Web designs) – Delivered products which are in market with real world usageAbility to communicate ideas visually and rapidlyPositive attitude, resilience, and a growth mindsetQuick learner with an interest in understanding financial solutionsBachelor's or master's degree in design, Humanities, Systems Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experienceUI/UX Designer - Responsive Web and/or Mobile Banking Applications- Preferred SkillsBackground in complementary fields like visual design, animation, research, data analysis, etc.Experience in FinTechs or other financial product fieldsUI/UX Designer - Responsive Web and/or Mobile Banking Applications - Assignment Start Date ASAP – 5 months to start UI/UX Designer - Responsive Web and/or Mobile Banking Applications - Assignment Location Toronto, ON – Work Hybrid
