Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design intuitive and user-friendly web applications tailored to our target user personas. Your designs will play a crucial role in ensuring that our solutions are not only functional but also delightful to use. If you have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a knack for creating seamless user experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with C-suite, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand our target personas and their needs.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that illustrate design ideas and concepts.
Ensure the consistent application of design standards across all web applications and interfaces.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Bachelors + 5 years or Masters + 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design with strong focus on creating unique experiences for clients.
Education: A degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in SaaS or PaaS design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to typography, color, layout, and usability.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present your designs and ideas clearly and effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
