Position Overview:

The Vice President of Growth and Performance Marketing will be responsible for leading the company's digital and performance marketing strategies to drive growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, a deep understanding of performance metrics, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth and performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, display advertising, SEO, and more.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve optimal results.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving measurable results.
  • Previous digital healthcare experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve strategic objectives.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a results-oriented mindset.
