Recherche d'un Chief of Staff pour accompagner l'équipe dirigeante dans les projets transverses d'une entreprise FMCG leader au Canada.

Notre client, un acteur incontournable dans le secteur FMCG, est reconnu pour ses marques de premier plan connues de l'ensemble des Canadiens. Dans le cadre de la mise en place d'une nouvelle organisation, nous recherchons un Chief of Staff pour accompagner l'équipe dirigeante dans les nombreux projets transverses. Ce rôle offre une opportunité unique de contribuer à la transformation et à la croissance de l'entreprise dans un environnement industriel exigeant et en pleine évolution.

Les principales responsabilités de ce poste sont les suivantes :

  • Pilotage et gestion de projets stratégiques de l'entreprise, conduite de plan d'intégration et de transformation.
  • Pilotage et suivi de la performance globale de l'entreprise (suivi et analyse des KPIs clés).
  • Définition des processus cibles et déploiement d'outils clés pour l'amélioration de la performance dans un contexte de création de filiale.
  • Définition de l'organisation cible des différents services (Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D,...).
  • Implication sur les sujets stratégiques et identification de points de blocage et pain points clés pour les équipes internes.

Les candidats idéaux possèdent les compétences suivantes :

  • Formation supérieure en Finance (Maîtrise/MBA).
  • 7 années minimum d'expérience dans l'accompagnement d'équipes dirigeantes sur des projets complexes et variés impliquant de multiples stakeholders.
  • Expérience en firme de conseil (un plus apprécié).
  • Poste bilingue FR/EN.
