Strategic partner sought to drive critical initiatives at Nomic. As Chief of Staff, you'll ensure the company runs smoothly, working on challenging cross-functional projects and collaborating with the leadership team to prioritize and manage OKRs. You'll help build and streamline the Nomic Operating System, leveraging strong project management skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the leadership team.
  2. Developing the Nomic Operating System.
  3. Helping the CEO optimize their schedule and improve delegation.
  4. Leading company-wide projects.
  5. Suggesting ways to improve processes and efficiency.

Nomic is a biotech company with a mission to make biology easier to measure. We've developed the world's highest throughput proteomic platform, nELISA, and have partnered with top-tier drug discovery groups and pharma companies.

We're a diverse team of engineers, scientists, and problem-solvers who thrive on breaking down difficult challenges using first principles thinking. We're looking for someone who can get things done, learn new tools quickly, and ask the right questions. You should have a knack for building processes, be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a similar field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Monday, Notion, or Airtable.

The role is based in Montreal, Canada or Boston, Massachusetts, with 25-50% on-site presence in Montreal.
