As a Sales Director, you will be in a customer-facing role responsible for winning business, developing notions on midterm developments, and contributing to the strategic plan of the larger business unit.

Responsibilities
  • Working with the Region Sales Managers and channel partners to establish orders and sales targets for the region.
  • Establishing operating plan targets for Sales Managers and Channels to address the viability of the customer to achieve overall growth targets.
  • Leading the sales team to develop unique business plans including key customers, product campaigns, and aftermarket solution strategies.
  • Commercializing New Product Introductions (NPIs) and supporting product management team with recommendations for future NPI investments to grow market share.
  • Growing installed base penetration and oversight for the WT Technical Sales and Product Specialists within the region.
  • Working with the supply chain and services organizations to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both internally and with clients.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
  • Have a degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Sales.
  • Have a level III in UT & MT/PT.
  • Have excellent communication skills and effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead programs/projects.
  • Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs with established Project Management skills.
