All with a lower carbon footprint, zero mercury, and made without harming the ocean. As a Night Supervisor, you will: Oversee a team of Production Operators as they complete production tasks. Enforce safety best practices. Maintain a clean and organized production space, including offices, common areas, and laboratory facilities. Adhere to and enforce cleanliness practices outlined by company policies and regulatory guidelines. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance cleanliness and efficiency. Complete various steps of our production process, including weighing and measuring ingredients, operating machinery, and supporting packaging tasks. Implement changes to the production line as directed by management. Set up small appliances on the production line and ensure they are functioning correctly. Problem-solve any issues that arise during production, escalating to management as needed. Support quality initiatives, following guidelines and protocols to ensure product integrity. You will bring: Experience supervising production teams (2-5 years) Experience working on a small production or pilot line is beneficial. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies used in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift and move some small equipment weighing up to 40 lbs. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
