Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel, hospitality, industrial cleaning, or custodial services. This role requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and train housekeeping staff
  2. Develop and implement cleaning schedules
  3. Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained
  4. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  5. Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure quality standards are met
  6. Handle customer complaints and special requests
  7. Coordinate with other departments for efficient service delivery

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
  2. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling procedures
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
