Participer aux missions de compilation, d’examen, d’audit, de tenue de comptabilité et de fiscalité.
Préparer et tenir à jour les sommes et documents connexes à remettre à l’État, les débiteurs, les charges, les créditeurs et les opérations de paie.
Préparer les dossiers clients, prêter assistance pour l’établissement des budgets et assurer la planification administrative.
Maintenir, surveiller et rapprocher les comptes du grand livre général, notamment la trésorerie, les rapprochements bancaires, les charges payées d’avance, les débiteurs, les créditeurs, les charges à payer, les opérations intersociétés ainsi que les téléversements dans un logiciel point de vente ou un système.
Traiter des questions administratives avec les clients et fournir des conseils pratiques aux autres membres de l’équipe.
Certificat en comptabilité ou baccalauréat en commerce ou en administration des affaires (constitué de préférence d’une majeure en comptabilité ou en finance)
~5 ans d’expérience pertinente en comptabilité
~ Expérience dans la préparation de feuillets T4 et T5, et connaissance de l’impôt des particuliers et des sociétés
~ Expérience avec des logiciels de comptabilité et de fiscalité
