Supervisor, Application Delivery – Salesforce

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS SUPERVISOR, APPLICATION DELIVERY:
* Facilitate and communicate development delivery plans with all required stakeholders.
* Manage Salesforce development team activities; ensure successful work completion.
* Maintain applications, following IS department standards and industry best practices.
* Enforce application development standards following department-established protocol.
* Maintain service levels, plan and manage application vitality, and ensure continuous improvement in operational processes.
* Develop and deliver project status updates, operational reports, and presentations to various stakeholders.
* Contribute to annual operational planning and departmental budget creation.
* Oversee and coach a team to ensure work environment is respectful, challenging, and rewarding, and employees are maximized to their full potential while contributing to the achievement of the company’s goals.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A SUPERVISOR, APPLICATION DELIVERY:
* Completion of post-secondary degree/certificate or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of experience leading technical delivery teams using agile frameworks.
* Experience with relevant analysis, design, system development maintenance tools and technology; strong understanding of Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with style fitting for the audience and message.
* Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to develop and implement plans by prioritizing and multi-tasking.
* Good leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate high team morale by encouraging and coaching team members.
* Good decision-making skills, with the ability to directs team members to achieve goals through clear instruction.
* Knowledge and experience in Property & Casualty industry an asset.
* Experience with Mobile/Web technology stack, Cloud technology, Content Management Systems, Guidewire Portal Platforms, and End User Monitoring tools is considered an asset; certifications in AWS, Guidewire, CSM, and project management are an asset.
