Senior Change Management Consultant

This role offers a possible remote opportunity to engage in impactful change management initiatives. You will leverage your proven experience in developing change management programs and training and communication plans. Your expertise will also extend to delivering a Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan, facilitating workshops, and presenting to Senior Management levels.
You will identify and assess change impacts on the organization’s business processes and technology solutions. Analyzing and evaluating alternatives based on business and technical impact, as well as cost/benefit considerations, will be key to proposing, justifying, planning, and costing the implementation of selected alternatives. Engaging stakeholders will be essential to contribute to effective change, while you develop and implement change management processes and tools.
In this role, you will plan, direct, and control the activities of the change management team within scheduled time and cost parameters.
Supervision
You may work independently or under the general supervision of a Program Director. The Change Manager will provide work leadership to business owners and report project-related changes to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience in Change Management and development of change management programs.
- Development of training and communication plans.
- Delivery of a Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan.
- Facilitation of workshops.
- Presentation to Senior Management levels.
- Identification and assessment of change impacts to business processes and technology solutions.
- Analysis and evaluation of alternatives based on business and technical impact and cost/benefit considerations.

- Planning, directing, and controlling activities of the change management team.
