We're looking for top-notch investigators and engineers who can tackle complex scenarios and solve mysteries. If you're someone who takes the job seriously but also has a great sense of humor, we want you on our team in Calgary or Vancouver.
The quest
- As a forensic expert, you'll be solving some of the most peculiar and perplexing cases that come our way. No mystery is too small or too big for you to handle.
- Visiting sites, taking pictures, videos, samples, readings, and other helpful information from the scene, and meeting interesting people.
- Conducting interviews with witnesses and other stakeholders using your amazing social skills.
- Gathering and analyzing data and evidence and coming up with compelling reports that are easy to understand for non-technical audience.
- Collaborating with your colleagues to solve multi-disciplinary cases.
- Writing detailed reports for clients to walk them through your investigation and evidence-based conclusion. Some cases may keep you busy working out estimates for remedial works.
- Taking full advantage of all our work procedures and guidelines under ISO certified operational framework.
- Keep shining with your friendly yet professional demeanor while interacting with clients and strengthening relationships.

What’s in your bag?
- An engineering degree in and/or combination of relevant education and experience.
- CFEI and CVFI certification.
- A keen eye for detail, a sharp wit, and a sense of humor that can brighten up people around you.
- Previous experience in root and cause analysis of Fire & Explosions is a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to use cutting edge time management skills and manage multiple projects at the same time
- A deep understanding of the power of laughter and its ability to make even the toughest of cases seem less daunting.
