Sr. Business System Analyst**Please DO NOT apply if you don't have the required qualifications**** No 3rd party candidates**** No OPT candidates or H1 candidate **Mirketa Inc is looking to hire Sr Techno Functional Consultants/ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) based out of Canada or USA. The position will be remote.The responsibilities of the BSA role will include working with Health Care Provider clients and technical project teams to identify, analyze, document and explain business and system processes, business needs and systems requirements,Additional responsibilities will include:Facilitate process and systems requirements discovery sessions with business and system stakeholdersDocument business processes using process flow diagramsDocument Business Object Models/ER DiagramsDocument System Flow Diagrams and Data MappingsPerform value stream analysis on business processes and make recommendations for optimizationDocument system requirements using Business Epics, User Stories, Data Flow Diagrams, Use Case Diagram, Business Entity Relationship Models, System Flow Diagram, UI Wireframes, User Personas, Class Diagrams etc.Write functional test cases and perform function testingRun Backlog Grooming sessions to walkthrough the requirements to business stakeholders and technical team members and get consensus and sign offsWork with offshore team on project requirementsManage client milestonesManage Client Status Update meetingsWork with the EHR Product team on feature enhancementsWork with pre-sales team to prepare EHR demos and give demo of EHR product to prospectsWill require to work with offshore teamSkills and Qualifications:Must have 10+ years of experience in BSA/Techno Functional Consultant role5+ years of experience in Health Care Providers space (Hospitals, Clinics etc)5+ years of experience working in consulting companies in BA/Consultant roles3+ years of experience in EHR Implementation/Development/Support workMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsMust have excellent meeting facilitation skills and presentation skillsMust have technical background to understand the basic building blocks of the softwareMust be comfortable with working in a small startup environmentMust have experience working with Agile team in PO roleMust be able to work under pressure with tight timelinesMust be able to think of solutions and align people towards a solutionNice to have : experience working on Salesforce projectsMust be able to plan work and manage team deliverablesMust have: Consulting backgroundSelf-motivated individual who exhibits sense of urgency in completing tasksMust have a bachelor's degreeTravelWill require 20% travel within and outside US to meet clients and project team.Compensation:DOE (range $75k-$80k)Benefits2 Weeks PTO + Healthcare + 401kAbout Mirketa IncMirketa Inc is a California Corporation in business and IT consulting firm with a global delivery center located in Noida India.
