The growing team is searching for a business applications admin/analyst to support the internal applications.The right candidate loves automation, has implemented/supported integration systems (and possibly rebuilt existing infrastructure that was suboptimal), and can work autonomously creating their own roadmap.
This position will be remote, based in Canada.Strong Relationship Building
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, priorities and complete objectives on time.
Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives)
Primary systems administrator for key Finance business systems, including Netsuite, Coupa, Concur, RevSym, Avalara.
Good Understanding and applicable experience with integration of business processes with the key financial systems.
Assist with project scoping, planning, and scheduling
Work with cross-functional business teams and define best practice business processes
Act as Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Subject Matter Expert for projects as the IT lead system administrator
Efficiently optimize existing business processes to drive productivity in business groups.
Perform general netsuite, Coupa, Revpro and other peripheral finance systems support functions including user account maintenance, reports,new user setup and other related tasks
4-7 Years of experience as Senior/Business Analyst in Netsuite.
~ Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision and drive them end to end working with the various stakeholders like business users, developers, integration consultants
~ Worked in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple finance projects in Netsuite, Coupa, RevPro at the same time and have executed them successfully.
~ Gather Business requirements and translate them into functional requirements working with the development team.
