As an Executive Search Consultant , you will be at the heart of solving leadership challenges within the supply chain industry. Your role will involve managing diverse client projects, contributing to the successful execution of mid to senior level searches, and leveraging deep industry insights. What the Role Entails:

Client Work & Project Management

  • Lead the execution of multiple supply chain-focused client assignments (e.g., pitch preparation, assignment activities, project management) with high ownership and initiative alongside client teams, ensuring top-tier outcomes.
  • Participate in client-facing activities as appropriate (e.g., status update calls, kick-off discussions, assessments, psychometrics, delivering results to clients, facilitating workshops, etc.).
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize top supply chain leadership profiles through our internal network, external resources, and market research.
  • Serve as a thought partner to your team, offering expertise in all phases of assignments by crafting rigorous and innovative approaches to problem-solving.
  • Assume a leadership role in project execution, when appropriate, ensuring flawless delivery by managing the client team and meeting project deadlines.
  • Maintain accountability for high-quality client documentation, such as role specifications, success profiles, candidate reports, and more.
  • Work across various services, continuously deepening your understanding of the broader supply chain landscape to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Master and engage with relevant technology and tools, ensuring efficient work processes and focusing on high-value tasks.

Building Firm Capabilities

  • Lead by example, mentoring and coaching both junior and senior team members across the firm.
  • Take initiative in developing the firm's internal capabilities, such as contributing to business development, knowledge sharing, and internal project leadership.
  • Act as a mentor to junior colleagues, supporting their onboarding and professional growth.
  • Actively participate in shaping our community within Lean Six Search, helping to build a strong culture both locally and globally.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts for new Experts and Consultants within the firm.

Business Development

  • Collaborate with client teams to develop compelling pitch presentations and business development materials targeted at supply chain clients.
  • Proactively initiate and lead business development activities, monitoring trends, and changes within the supply chain industry.
  • Partner with Consultants to identify and build targeted event lists for networking and business development purposes.
  • Engage with the supply chain market to gather insights, understand competitive dynamics, and build relationships that expand the firm's external network.

Knowledge Management

  • Build a robust internal network by actively collaborating with colleagues across the firm's various practice groups and service lines.
  • Develop and deepen expertise within a specific segment of the supply chain through proactive research and knowledge gathering.
  • Contribute to the firm's knowledge management efforts by sharing insights, building industry networks, and applying knowledge to enhance future client projects.

Requirements:

  • Hold a university degree with excellent proficiency in English.
  • Be a confident communicator capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Have a keen interest in supply chain dynamics, the economy, and broader societal trends.
  • Previous international experience or a background in a blue-chip international technology corporation or professional services environment is an advantage.
  • Be comfortable using MS Office, various databases, and online research tools.
  • Be a self-starter with learning agility and attention to detail, demonstrating a passion for continued professional development.
