Qualifications
Physical Therapist (PT) License, BLS Certifications, Two years of recent Physical Therapist experience, Strong communication and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans., Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function., Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for home management., Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care., Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
